FAQ-ONLINE PICK UP ORDERS:
- ONLINE PICK UP ORDERS Are Ready in store within ONE HOUR During Business Hours ONLY.
- Once your order is ready a pick up confirmation will be sent out via TEXT/or EMAIL depending on which information you provided when order was placed. We do recommend that you add a current phone number to make sure you are notified fast and promptly or incase we may need to reach you about your order.
- PLEASE wait for the READY FOR PICK UP CONFIRMATION to be sent before you come in store to ensure your order is ready for you to pick up. PLEASE NOTE: if you are in a rush to pick up your items and need before the hour PLEASE DO NOT Order ONLINE instead just come in store to purchase your items right away.
- Store Hours are listed BELOW & you can always find the store hours on our social media pages, google, our website, or we also have them listed on the store front door.
FAQ- LOCAL DELIVERY ORDERS :
- Please enter your delivery address at checkout, if your address is in the delivery radius a DROP OFF option will appear under the shipping options.
- Local Delivery Fee is $6 with a $25 order minimum. Kenosha Delivery Fee is $10 with a $50 order minimum.
- Local delivery will be conducted BEFORE or AFTER store business hours only. No deliveries will be made on Monday or Tuesday. All orders will be delivered the same day or next day from when the order was placed.
- All Local delivery orders must be handed to the customer to ensure safe & accurate delivery. If you are not going to be home please DO NOT select Local delivery instead please SHIP your order to ensure a safe & accurate delivery.
- Any customer that we CAN NOT get a hold of BEFORE we head out for delivery will result in an automatic cancel of the order & refund. PLEASE NOTE: DROP OFF FEE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED.
FAQ-ORDERS THAT ARE SHIPPING OUT:
- All items online that are IN STOCK are ready to ship out SAME DAY.

All orders received during store business hours will be shipped out SAME DAY GUARANTEED!
- All orders received after store business hours will be shipped out the next day we open.
- ALL orders are shipped 3 DAY PRIORITY with the United States Postal Office.
- ALL orders are sent out with tracking numbers to follow current transit, We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses or missing packages.
- We are located in Waukegan Illinois near Chicago. We ship to ALL of the United States & most orders are received within 2-3 business days or sooner.
